Privacy Policy

Effective July 5, 2026 · applies to the Swipe web game at getswipe.gg and the Swipe Android app (package gg.getswipe.game)

No accounts, no email, no ads, no analytics, no location, no tracking. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is very little to store.

On your device

Swipe stores a randomly generated device id (so the leaderboard can tell devices apart) and the nickname you pick. Both live only in your browser or app storage. The random id is not derived from your hardware, phone number, accounts, or anything else about you - it is dice, rolled once.

On our server, when you submit a score

We store that nickname and random id, plus the run itself: the game seed and the timing of every swipe you made. We keep the whole run because scores are never trusted - the server replays your inputs to verify the result. For attack links (challenges) we also store which device id attacked which run, and when. If you never submit a score, our server stores nothing about you.

What's public

Leaderboard entries show your nickname, score, and level. Anyone with an attack link to one of your runs can see the same for that run. That is the full extent of it.

Swipe Pro (Android app only)

The optional Swipe Pro supporter purchase is processed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details, name, or address. RevenueCat receives your app's random device id and the purchase token so it can tell us one thing: whether that id is a supporter. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for their side of the transaction. Swipe Pro is cosmetic only and never affects gameplay or the leaderboard.

What we don't do

No advertising, and no ad networks in the app or on the site.
No analytics or tracking SDKs.
No selling, renting, or sharing of data with anyone.
No collection of names, emails, contacts, photos, or location.

Children

Swipe collects no personal information from anyone, children included - there are no accounts and nicknames are freely chosen labels on a leaderboard.

Deletion: gone means gone

Full steps live at getswipe.gg/delete. The short version: email bye@getswipe.gg - mention the nickname on your leaderboard entries so we can find them - and they're history. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data erases everything stored on your device, including the random id itself.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at getswipe.gg/privacy with an updated effective date.
